1. Scope of Application
These booking conditions apply to all reservations, bookings, and stays at Hotel Tiroler Adler in Luttach, South Tyrol.By making a reservation, the guest accepts these conditions.

2. Formation of Contract
A reservation becomes binding once it has been confirmed in writing by the hotel.The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit or credit card guarantee to secure the reservation.

3. Prices
All prices are quoted in euros and apply per room and per night unless otherwise stated.Any statutory charges not included in the rate, particularly the local tourist tax, will be charged separately.

4. Arrival and Departure
Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Different times may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

5. Payment
Payment shall be made using the payment methods accepted by the hotel.The hotel may require a deposit to confirm a reservation.

6. Cancellations
The cancellation conditions confirmed in writing at the time of booking shall apply.In the event of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the agreed stay may be charged in full or in part.We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

7. Liability
Guests are liable for any damage they cause to the hotel’s furnishings, inventory, facilities, or building in accordance with applicable legal provisions.The hotel shall only be liable within the limits established by applicable law.

11. Force Majeure
If a stay cannot take place due to events beyond the hotel’s control, no further claims shall arise, insofar as permitted by law.

12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable Law
Italian law shall apply.To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Bolzano (South Tyrol, Italy).

14. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these booking conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
