You can check in from 2pm to 5pm on your day of arrival.
On your day of departure, we request that you vacate your room by 10am.

Pets
Pets are permitted in Hotel Tiroler Adler by prior arrangement. Please note that pets are not permitted to enter the dining room or spa area.

Tourist tax
As of 1st January 2014, South Tyrol charges a tourist tax (local tourist tax, Provincial law no. 9 dated 16-05-2012). The revenue from this tax is used to expand and maintain infrastructures and services and to organise cultural and sports events. The tourist tax is charged at €2.10 per person (aged 14 years or above) per day.

During the winter months, Hotel Tiroler Adler has its own ski storage room with heated ski shoe dryer.
Cancellation policy – when things suddenly don’t go to plan…
If you cancel your stay 30 or more days prior to arrival, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. 29 to 15 days prior to arrival: 30%. 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 45%. 6 days to 1 day before arrival: 80%. Non-arrivals, late arrivals and early departures will be charged 100%. The above percentages refer to the total price for the booking.
